II Tech offers IT support either on-site in Greater Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area, or remotely. We work with our clients either on an hourly basis or under contract for specific services. For hourly services, we offer a pre-paid block of hours at a discounted rate or bill for Time and Materials. The hourly plan provides you with IT assistance as issues arise, while our Managed Services plan offers you peace of mind for a flat monthly fee.
Types of Support
We provide on-site support to meet all types of IT needs, from virus infected files to network outage services. Networking emergencies are our top priority because we understand the kind of impact a loss of service can have on a company. We work quickly to get you back online as soon as possible.
Alternatively, our remote and phone support gives us the ability to securely take control of your network (with your authorization, of course). From there, we can troubleshoot your problems and resolve them as if we were on-site. The main advantage of remote IT support is that you'll see a reduction in response time and you'll save the cost of travel time. However, if your network is down completely, on-site service is your best option.
Our managed services plan is focused on preventing issues before they arise. We'll actively monitor your network and technology systems, performing maintenance when necessary and alerting you of any problems we notice. If you have an existing IT team, they'll have the ability to respond quickly. Or, our staff of professionals can provide management and response services.
